Well I had to give my gliders to a friend because I got sick, but I used to feed my gliders cut up frozen fruits and meal worms I suggest having a place for their cage that has a lot of ventilation because no matter how many times a week I cleaned their cage it always smelled like rotten fruit. And put a protection barrier between their cage and whatever wall(s) it might be against because they like to throw food if they get bored. They're a lot of work but I loved them while I had them. They get bored if you just give them one or two fruits or the same foods every day so try and give them a lot of different fruits and switch them up a lot. Good luck
